Ingredients: Organic Assam TGFOP, Organic Ceylon OP, Organic second-flush Darjeeling

Tasting notes: Malty, fruity, sweet

Scoring: High astringency, medium body, medium sweetness

Brewing method: Steep 2.5 g per 12 oz of water at 195°F for 5–7 minutes.
