Wolf Ember Raffaello Coconut White Mocha
Share
A creamy dessert-style coffee inspired by the coconut, white chocolate, and almond flavors of Raffaello.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup strongly brewed Wolf Ember coffee, cooled
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1 tablespoon white chocolate sauce or melted white chocolate
- 1 tablespoon coconut cream
- 1/8 teaspoon almond extract, optional
- 1 cup ice
- Whipped cream
- 1 to 2 teaspoons shredded coconut for garnish
- 1 Raffaello candy for garnish, optional
Step-by-step instructions
1. Brew and cool the coffee.
Brew the Wolf Ember coffee slightly stronger than usual, then let it cool completely.
2. Make the Raffaello milk.
Combine the milk, white chocolate, coconut cream, and optional almond extract. Froth or whisk until completely smooth and lightly foamy.
3. Build the glass.
Fill a tall glass with ice and pour in the cooled coffee.
4. Add the coconut-white-chocolate layer.
Slowly pour the Raffaello milk over the coffee. Leave the layers visible for presentation or stir before drinking.
5. Finish the drink.
Top with whipped cream and shredded coconut. Add a Raffaello candy on top or alongside the glass if desired.
Wolf Ember tip
Start with a small amount of almond extract—it is strong, and Raffaello's almond note should sit behind the coconut and white chocolate rather than overpower them. Taste before adding any extra sweetener because the white chocolate and coconut cream already bring sweetness.
